How does the pricing work?
$100 a month. That covers 5 guards and 20 sites. Beyond that, $10 per extra guard and $100 per 20 extra sites. All charged monthly.
Can I add or remove add-ons later?
Yes — any time, from the billing page in your portal. We prorate the change for the current month and your next bill reflects the new totals.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time, no fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank transfer available for larger accounts — email sales@commandstation.ca.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your data, and you can delete your account at any time.
